Oravida AI ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered portfolio generation services that analyze user-provided content to create professional portfolios. Our Service is designed to assist professionals in creating compelling career presentations.
Important: These Terms contain important information about your rights and obligations, including limitations on our liability and your agreement to resolve disputes through arbitration. Please read them carefully.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Parent/Guardian Consent: If you are under 18 but over 16, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. We reserve the right to request proof of such consent.
Professional Use: Our Service is designed for professional portfolio creation. Users should have the maturity and judgment to manage their professional presentation appropriately.
Portfolio Generation: Our Service uses advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze user-provided content such as resumes, career stories, LinkedIn profiles, and other professional information to generate comprehensive portfolio content.
AI Processing: The Service processes your input through multiple AI models to create professional narratives, skill descriptions, and career summaries. This process involves natural language processing, content analysis, and automated generation.
Content Types: We support various content formats including text documents, PDFs, and structured data. The Service may request additional information to enhance portfolio quality.
Service Limitations: Our Service is designed for professional portfolio creation and is not intended for academic, legal, medical, or other specialized professional content that requires domain-specific expertise.
Credit System: Our Service operates on an ORV (Oravida) credit system. Credits are our internal currency for AI services and must be purchased before using portfolio generation features.
Credit Costs: Each portfolio generation consumes 40 ORV credits. Portfolio publication to public URLs consumes 60 ORV credits. Credit costs are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Immediate Deduction: ORV credits are deducted from your account immediately upon initiating portfolio generation, regardless of whether the generation completes successfully or meets your expectations.
No Refunds: Credits are consumed upon generation start and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:
Credit Expiration: ORV credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used, unless otherwise specified in promotional offers or special terms.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information and are not responsible for payment processing errors.
AI Technology: Our Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms that are constantly evolving. The quality and accuracy of generated content may vary based on multiple factors including input data quality, complexity, and AI model performance.
No Quality Guarantees: We do not guarantee that generated portfolios will meet specific quality standards, industry requirements, or user expectations. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without any warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
Content Variability: AI-generated content may contain:
Generation Failures: AI generation may fail due to technical issues, content complexity, service limitations, or other factors beyond our control. Failed generations still consume ORV credits and are not eligible for refunds.
Processing Time: Portfolio generation typically takes 5-15 minutes but may take longer during peak usage, technical difficulties, or complex content processing. We do not guarantee specific processing times.
No Post-Generation Editing: Once a portfolio is generated, the AI-generated content cannot be modified, edited, or regenerated without consuming additional ORV credits. This is a fundamental limitation of our Service.
Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of their input content (resumes, career stories, etc.). However, AI-generated portfolios are provided "as-is" without modification capabilities.
Regeneration Requirements: If you are unsatisfied with generated content, you must purchase additional ORV credits to generate a new portfolio. Previous generations remain in your account and are not replaced or modified.
Content Storage: Generated portfolios are stored in your account for future access. We reserve the right to remove or delete content that violates our terms or for storage management purposes.
Content Sharing: Users may share generated portfolios through public URLs or download features. You are responsible for ensuring shared content complies with applicable laws and professional standards.
Content Backup: While we strive to maintain data integrity, we recommend users maintain their own backups of important content. We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption.
Content Review: Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all generated content before use. AI-generated content should not be used without human review and validation.
Legal Compliance: Users must ensure generated content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in their jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:
Professional Use: Users acknowledge that AI-generated portfolios are tools and should not replace professional judgment, legal advice, industry expertise, or human creativity. The Service is designed to assist, not replace, professional decision-making.
No Misrepresentation: Users agree not to misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written or claim authorship of AI-generated materials. Users must disclose when content is AI-generated if required by applicable laws or professional standards.
Prohibited Content: Users may not use our Service to generate content that:
Service Misuse: Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with our Service, AI models, or security measures.
No Warranty: Our Service is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of generated content.
Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for ORV credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
AI Content Risks: Users acknowledge and accept all risks associated with AI-generated content, including but not limited to inaccuracies, errors, inappropriate content, and failure to meet expectations.
User Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oravida AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of generated content.
Binding Arbitration: All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in San Francisco, California.
Class Action Waiver: Users expressly waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.
